Refund Policy
We at Yasmeen Artisan appreciate sometimes things do not work out, so we try and make the refund process as smooth as possible for everyone.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Item is broken;
- Item does not match the description;
- Item is the wrong size;
- Purchaser changed their mind; or
- Item does not meet the purchaser's expectations.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.
Please e-mail us at sales@yasmeenartisan.com and provide the following details (alternatively, you can use the CANCELATION FORM found at the end of our Terms and Conditions
1. Order number.
2. Reason for returning the item.
3. Address.
4. Date the items were ordered.
5. Date the items were received.
6. Your name and address.
7. Your preferred refund method (voucher or money back)
We will then provide you with Information on the next steps as well as the shipping label as the e-mail has been reviewed.
Please note the following for product returns:
-When returning items, please obtain a shipment receipt and safeguard it until a refund or replacement has been received.
-The returned products will be processed within 5-7 working days upon receipt (not including weekends).
-Please ensure that the items are packed with adequate care to prevent the products from being damaged in transit.
-Please ensure you take pictures of the item and packing before posting.
-The products must be returned in their original packaging, without having any traces of being used or opened.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
Or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange. You may return your product within 14 days of
receiving the order and re-order your replacement item.
